What We Do?

No surprises or exorbitant fees here. We charge a flat fee that is significantly lower than our competitors. Our service includes:

  • Sourcing the best off market and below market value properties Australia wide
  • Advising on data, facts, figures, pros, cons and mentorship with each property
  • Researching/inspecting each property to ensure there are no surprises
  • CMA report and cashflow analysis of each property presented (contact us for examples)
  • Negotiating
  • Introduction to all parties necessary for purchase of property and maintaining the property including property managers, solicitors, depreciation schedules, insurances, tradies, brokers, and more!
  • Post purchase advice/mentoring/project manage renovations where necessary
  • And anything in between from start to finish!

How It Works?

At House Finder, our systematic and structured approach towards property investment has led to not only amazing deals for our clients, but ensuring that everything related to buying and managing a new property is looked after. We provide a personal touch to our services and ensure you’re taken care of during and after the buying process

Initial strategy session

Obligation free chat with our founder Simon to discover your individual situation, strategy and goals, as well as expand on what we do / if we can help.

Face to Face Meeting

Face to face meeting where possible to establish a deeper connection / understanding with each client.

Finding Your Property

Finding and presenting only the best off market, cashflow positive and distressed properties to you based on your requirements.

Buying Process

Negotiate, inspect (complete with a hundred images of the property inside/out, video walktrhoughs, and a summary of all visual defects), research, handhold through the entire buying process, introduce relevant contacts, manage all aspects such as property managers, solicitors, depreciation schedules, insurances, tradies and more.

Post Purchase Support

Post purchase support and ongoing mentoring with no extra charge or obligations.
